We take care of packaging and delivery ourselves. You will receive Your chocolates in a great condition right at Your premises and on a negotiated date. This is an optional service. If You are located in Latvia You can pick them up at our office, if abroad then You are free to use Your own courier number.
We ship our products worldwide into any part of the globe, including countries with high average temperature. Our tenable packaging protects Your chocolates sensitive to temperature and humidity from external weather conditions.
The chocolate that we produce is personalized with Your very own design. You decide what is going to be printed onto chocolate (unless You allow us to help You with design).
One of the services we offer & encourage is subscription. It gives You two main benefits: best (lowest) possible price per pc and frees You from placing order manually/explicitly when You run out of Your stocks. You can decide what period suits You most. Examples include quarterly, monthly delivery or Your own choice. We will deliver right into Your premises and on a negotiated date. You will save money, valuable time to focus on other daily tasks and enjoy Your infrastructure automation.
Our clients are not only legal entities (companies, enterprises, corporations, etc.). We do accept individual orders as well. Our services and products are available to everybody.
Our primary business is printing on chocolate. Depending on the chocolate type and color range to be printed we use different technologies to print on chocolate. This also helps us to process Your orders faster as we choose the right technology for the given task.
Delivering our products in a perfect condition to various destinations of the World is what we thoroughly care for. First we choose the box of the right size so that chocolates inside had as few free movement as possible. Then we apply 50mm foam plastic around entire area of the box which both neutralizes hits and supports established temperature inside. Finally, we plot reflective thermal insulation film around entire foam plastic area. We then label the box with "Fragile" stickers and what side is considered "Up".
We use World renowned Belgium chocolate to produce our goods. We don't buy ready chocolate shapes, we buy raw chocolate, temper it and shape it ourselves in our factory.
We have a wide range of inquiries: some are simple, some are complex. We don't refuse a project if client wants something that we haven't done before, we always try to find solutions even to most complex and refined client requirements. That's what distinguishes us from the rest. Or if client's budget is limited we suggest alternatives.
The printing on the chocolate does not make it a decorative item-to-look-at-only. The paint that we use is made from natural ingredients such as beetroot making it edible and ready for human consumption. A note for the Near East customers: no pig fat is used in our goods.
We welcome all types of customers and especially companies, enterprises, corporations. Being a legal entity You have the option to order chocolates by subscription prices. You are also likely to have recurring orders which means no set-up costs.
Often it so happens that client requires an immediate order. We acknowledge the necessity of such orders and do our best to combine the exceptional quality of our products with the speed of production and delivery to satisfy customer's needs. Express orders are fulfilled faster but they are also more expensive.
We make our products from the raw Belgian chocolate. We temper and shape the chocolate ourselves. But the shape range is not limited by the selection/set that You can observe on our website, we customize everything, and chocolate shape is no exception. You can request a new chocolate shape to be made (2D, embossed or 3D) irrespective of whether You are a company or an individual.
We are offering several levels of discounts. Most common discount is a price per quantity range and it's already present when You order larger quantities - the larger the quantity the smaller the price. Next level is an explicit discount given to an account registered on our website which affects all products on our website - such discount is normally given to agencies. Final level of discount is our subscription prices - they are the lowest possible price You can get.
We love when our products look great and that's why we have several packaging options to choose from right off the box. Should You wish to have a different packaging for Your chocolates You can let us do this task as well. For instance, if You ordered chocolate with custom shape design it's highly likely that it will need a special box to match that exact shape - You can let us do this task as well.
This means that the minimal amount that You can order is one piece. Not 100. Not 1000. Just 1. If You feel so inclined.
Some clients only have a basic idea of what they want on the chocolates. Our design team helps them to shape their vision into electronic prototypes and ultimately into real life chocolates with lucid printing. If You don't have high resolution version of Your logo it's also not a problem, we can create it for You.
